To carry out the full design, installation and commission of the electrical installation at 13 new industrial units in Indian Queens for DA Jennings Ltd.

• Complete power & lighting installation in all 13 units
• Lease with WPD and EDF to install mains and meters
• Smoke detection in each unit
• Timed and controlled outside lighting
• Emergency lighting
• Test and certificate

Summary of the project

DA Jennings Ltd required all 13 units to have a basic electrical installation which would allow future occupants to adapt and suit the units to their individual needs.

ESW Ltd designed and installed then individual units to a high quality standard to DA Jennings satisfaction.
