Electric Southwest Ltd have been lucky enough to work along side award winning Rosemullion Homes at their Trinty Watch site in St Ives.

The site contains quality built Rosemullion Homes with a high electrical spec consisting of low energy downlighting through out and quality sockets and switches as well as Italian made lighting.

The last two house are currently under development.

House 3 contains a C-bus lighiting system designed to customer specification, incorporating over 46 lighting circuits, 4 distribtion boards, led lighting, data system, security alarm, audio system and flate plate fittings.

To carry out the full design, installation and commission of the electrical installation at CEF ltd new industrial unit.

  • Structured cabled data/telephone network
  • Monitored Intruder Alarm
  • Colour CCTV with digital recording
  • Fire alarm installation and commission
  • Test and certificate

Summary of the project

CEF Ltd required a new branch to be opened before the planned opening date in order to stock the branch and organise its computer systems.

We worked along side CEF to ensure that the requirements for this vast new branch were met on time and to the needs of the company and that all works were to a high professional standard.

  • Smoke detection in each unit
  • Timed and controlled outside lighting
  • Emergency lighting
  • Test and certificate

Summary of the project

DA Jennings Ltd required all 13 units to have a basic electrical installation which would allow future occupants to adapt and suit the units to their individual needs.

ESW Ltd designed and installed then individual units to a high quality standard to DA Jennings satisfaction.
